The reception staff were about as engaging as a brick wall, utterly ignoring me unless I approached them. On top of that, after paying 230.00 for my "comfortable" room, I was unexpectedly hit with a 100.00 deposit without a peep from anyone. I almost thought of leaving a nice review but just couldn't, total disappointment.

The hotel was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport. No complains at all, the venue met needs well, would recomand it...

Comfy large sofa area by the pool, clean and spacious bathrooms, well-maintained kitchenette in the room

The lobby can feel deserted at times!!! Better staff training is essential, as some reception personnel lacked engagement!!! Parking limitations were problematic on busy evenings!!! Cleaning in specific areas like corners could be improved!!!

The pool area was lovely, though it felt

A bit cramped at times. I appreciated the thoughtful design and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff could use some improvement in warmth, as my interactions with them were mostly neutral.

Relaxing poolside afternoons

The room was immaculate and spacious, with a well-maintained kitchenette. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a comfy lounge area and was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast was good, with a diverse selection that never got boring.

The breakfast spread was excellent. With fresh fruits and a fun self-serve espresso machine. We loved the relaxing pool area, perfect for chilling out after a long day.

Lobby staff responsiveness needed improvement. 🤔

The room felt spacious and had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchenette to a really comfortable bed. I appreciated the super clean cleanliness throughout the room, especially the spacious bathroom stocked with nice products. The breakfast area had a great layout, ensuring there weren't long waits. I loved the cook to order option at breakfast, where the staff offered lots of variety including fresh fruits and juices. The self-serve espresso machine was a great touch. Evenings by the pool were relaxing. The area featured comfy lounge spots and was clean. Some issues popped up. During my week-long stay, there were times when the lobby felt deserted, and I noticed a lack of staff presence during the day. The bartender's availability was inconsistent, a bit frustrating on evenings when I wanted to grab a drink. While the cleaning staff did an excellent job, some corners needed more attention. I encountered some sand near the door upon arrival, which could've easily been managed. Parking can fill up quickly, especially on busy nights, leading to some inconvenience. It seemed like a nice place but could improve on staffing and cleanliness consistency.

Room was clean and spacious, with all necessary appliances. Breakfast featured freshly made pancakes and eggs. A fantastic self-serve espresso machine. The pool area was good.

The room was super comfortable and had everything I needed, from a lovely kitchen area to a spotless bathroom with nice products. I really enjoyed lounging by the attractive pool and relaxing on the comfy sofa area upstairs. One minor hiccup was finding the parking full one night, but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience! 😊

I had a great 4-night stay at this place and liked going to their restaurant a couple of times.

This hotel features a room with a walk-in shower and offers a lovely lobby that's great for enjoying breakfast.

Loved the pool area, really comfy with a large sofa. Breakfast had many options, fresh fruit and good coffee. Check-in took a while because the staff seemed overwhelmed. The bartender wasn't present some evenings. It was a missed opportunity for a drink.

I appreciated the spacious design and eco-friendly features, like filtered water readily available. The common areas were beautifully decorated, and the layout allowed for easy access.

More staff presence in common areas would help.
